Procedures/testing Details
A full set of quality control measures are implemented throughout all stages of the manufacturing process. Our QC inspectors receive TQM training. All testing follow AQL standards.
Our QC equipment include

QC/Technical Support
We perform TQC in raw materials processing and final products. We also have standard operating procedures for handling QC processes.

Our chemical products have received ISO-9002 quality assurance certification in 1996 and Tex Year Industries Inc has received ISO-9001 quality assurance certification in 2000. All employees are aware that high product quality is their personal responsibility. Pursuing this we always challenge ourselves to produce ZERO DEFECT products.
